Meet Sebastian Padina
Founder. Fractional GC. Tech-native legal partner.
Sebastian launched Hauswerk Law to offer something different: legal guidance built for speed, context, and trust. With a background that spans corporate law, AI engineering, and product management, he brings a rare mix of legal depth and operational fluency to every client relationship.
Before founding Hauswerk Law, Sebastian practised in corporate and securities law, and built products inside tech companies giving him firsthand insight into how legal, product, and strategy intersect. He now works with startups and growth-stage teams as embedded counsel, blending high-context legal thinking with real-world business fluency.
In addition to his private practice, Sebastian also works as a fractional in-house counsel through the Goodlawyer platform, making practical, tech-forward legal support more accessible to Canadian startups.
